Terms & Conditions | Elite End Clean

1. Service Standards & Consumer Guarantees

  • Quality Guarantee: In accordance with the NZ Consumer Guarantees Act, we provide services with reasonable care and skill.

  • Eco-Commitment: We utilize 100% plant-based, pH-neutral products. While these are safer for luxury surfaces (Marble, Stone, Engineered Wood), the client must notify us of any specialty or unsealed surfaces prior to the commencement of work.

  • Liability: Elite End Clean is not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or etching on surfaces that have not been maintained or sealed to manufacturer standards.

2. Booking & Minimum Requirements

  • Residential & Office Minimum: A 3-hour minimum ($165) applies to all standard bookings.

  • Standalone Add-ons: Specialized services (Ovens, Windows, Carpets) must meet a $150 minimum total if not combined with a residential clean.

  • Access & Utilities: The client must provide clear access to the property, a dedicated parking space for the service vehicle (Tesla Model Y), and functional electricity and water.

3. Launch Special: 15% Review Partner Discount

  • Validity: Offer valid for bookings made between 23 March 2026 and 23 April 2026.

  • Eligibility: Limited to the first 10 new clients only.

  • The Exchange: This discount is a trade for a written, honest Google Review to be submitted within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Reversion: Elite End Clean reserves the right to re-invoice the 15% discount amount if the review is not provided within the agreed timeframe.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling (NZ Standard)

  • 24-Hour Notice: We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any changes to your booking.

  • Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a $50 Administrative Fee to cover lost scheduling and travel preparation.

5. Payment & Debt Collection

  • Due Date: Payment is due in full upon completion of the service.

  • Methods: We accept Afterpay, Credit/Debit Card, and Bank Transfer.

  • Late Payment: Overdue accounts may be referred to a debt collection agency. The client agrees to pay all costs associated with the collection of any outstanding debt, including agency fees and legal costs.

6. Health & Safety

  • In line with the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, we reserve the right to refuse service if the property is deemed unsafe or poses a biological hazard (e.g., extreme mold or bio-waste) not disclosed at the time of booking.
